at botánica lé waifu, all of our products are handcrafted with intention, energy, and care. due to the spiritual nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items.

• once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

• spiritual products, such as oils, baths, and ritual tools, are energy-based items and cannot be resold or restocked once they leave our care.

• jewelry, custom pieces, and artwork are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

we take great care in packaging and shipping your items, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at botanicalewaifu@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. we will review the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. if an issue arises, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

all custom artwork, jewelry, and spellwork services are final sale and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once payment is made.
